The Sweet original Old school Loved it
It was located near the Glenelg Community Hospital where I required day surgery. While the room was small and furnishings dated, it did have a microwave oven and a generous supply of hot water for the shower. At $125 per night, it was good value even if its rating was 2.5 stars.
Excellent location, handy but quiet. Room was fine, not over-large, but big enough. And clean.
Was greeted by a very friendly man, i had booked only in short notice but he was very kind and let me check in immediately. Location and carpark was great as I was driving up from Melbourne, had an issue with AirBnb booking and this place was a lifesaver. Room had everything you needed for a decent rest and sleep.

Wonderful location, however the room was extremely dusty and floor was filthy in bathroom, ant problems, fridge was smelly and leaking, bathroom extremely outdated with a horrible shower. Cleaning person miscounted the towels to change and tried saying we took a towel. Defiantly needs updates and better cleaning. Owner seemed lovely.
A 20 minutes walk to the ocean und beach. Central, but silent. Free car parking.

-Great location (across the road from Pizzeria, walking distance to the beach, shops, supermarket, public transport, jetty road and lots more. -Friendly staff -Comfortable room -Shower was great -I stayed on the top floor, it was very quiet. -Plenty of parking space -Plenty of privacy. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly, our room was cleaned each day which was to a high level, the bed was comfy, the room was big enough that our toddler had ample room to play and was a short walk to jetty road for food and the beach. Also helped having the pizzeria next door and the pub down the road. Would definitely stay here again in the future and have recommend it to other family and friends
